The Projector People make the decision making of which projector to buy very easy and understandable. There was no pressure to buy and no sales- closing techniques. I ended up buying a Panasonic AE900U home theater projector from the Projector People because of their expertise and consultative style of customer sales. I give them three thumbs UP!!!!

The service received from projector people was outstanding. I ordered a BenQ 6240 this morning and received confirmation of shipment within an hour. Would highly recommend use of Projector People because of their highly usable tutorials and guides for purchasing the equipment most applicable to specific user needs. After reading their info i knew exaclty what would work best for me. I didn't even need to talk to a sales person! Gives these guys your business, you wont regret it!

Sarah was awesome in listening to my situation (short throw distance) and in her recommendations. Didn't try to upsell me and was very quick to respond and price-match another dealer. Wrote a follow-up email to see where I was in the process about mid-way and to answer any questions. Ordered the upgraded model because of the price match and their professionalism. Looked at several e-retailers for my projector. Price, service, and knowledge of the sales staff were very good. Suggestion of buying the projector first and choosing a screen later was great( will get a larger screen than planned) overall an excellent experience.

I purchased a Sanyo projector(with a free dvd player) a couple weeks ago and absolutely satisfied with my experience with Projector People. The price was the best I could find on web. The Sale resp and tech staffs are very patient and helpful. They guide me all along from selecting projector to optimizing/resolving setup issue. They have great attitude and appreciate doing business with me. The shipping and delivery are very on-time and well-packaged. I'm planning to get the screen from them as well.

Thanks for your help. The Projector People website was instrumental in helping our church select our projector and accessories. From gathering information on projectors and our needs, to comparing prices Projector People was our number one resource. I looked at several other websites, but kept coming back to Projector People for information and clarification. It was easily the most user friendly projector website out of the 6 or 7 I visited, and with the most easily accesible and understandable information as well as competitive prices. We'll definitely come back to Projector People for our future needs.

Just a quick email to say how truly impressed I am with your service. After spending literally hours on the internet trying to find a good deal on a video projector, I discovered that you can indeed find a "good deal" but rarely find good service to go with it. After stumbling onto your company, I immediately liked the simplicity of your website, and loved the price of your projector stock. The next step was to make a call to the company and ask a few questions. I was able to get a "warm body" on the phone immediately (something new), who was very familiar with his product (not common), had the projector in stock (I'm shocked), will ship that day and I will get it the next day (nobody offers that!). But sure enough, Ryan and the Projector People were true to their word and I received the projector the next morning and I had ordered it late in the afternoon the day before. I'm in Kansas and they are in Florida! Ryan was able to tell me that the projector I wanted was discontinued, find it's replacement and which was cheaper still! After fighting websites, false promises, phone delays, high prices, and long deliveries, I am really jazzed about these guys and in particular, my customer rep, Ryan. We hooked up the projector today after the mounting bracket came in just as you promised, and the rest is up to us. For your part, you standout in the Internet World of Commerce. Thank you from one happy customer!
